Our hydrographics process includes the following steps to ensure a durable showroom finish. We completely sand down the interior parts to the original substrate.  We can customize any factory finish. We fill in all dents & scratches before ultimately sanding smooth and cleaning.  We degrease the entire part & follow up with 91% alcohol to remove any final debris from previous stages.  We then primer the part with 2 coats of primer before wetsanding for a custom color basecoat that we spray with Iwata HVLP Spray Guns.  The custom painted part is now ready to be dipped in a hydrographic film that you have chosen to interact with your basecoat color.  After dipping we rinse thoroughly in 90 Degree water and allow to dry completely before finally applying a top coat.  We use high grade automotive clear coat to protect your parts from powerful UV rays & increase durability.  After clearing, we wet sand down to 2000 grit before using Meguiar's cutting compound followed up by a Meguiar's polish for a showroom finish.
