How much does the NV Package cost?

 If you are interested in purchasing an NV Package, we encourage you to visit an authorized Team NV Dealer in your area.  This information can also be found on our Authorized Dealers Page.  The price of the NV Package varies by vehicle because the NV Outcast is Designed for each window at time of purchase. 


How do I know my warranty is valid? What does the warranty cover?

 As long as your NV Box was purchased from an authorized retailer, and you can provide a copy of the original sales or gift receipt, the warranty is valid from the original purchase date. The receipt validates the manufacturer's warranty, which covers any possible manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, lost, stolen or resold product(s). 


What is the best way to clean the NV Outcast to avoid scratching?

 NV Outcast is virtually maintenance free. No special care is necessary. Normal cleaning with a mild soapy solution is ideal.  It’s not recommended that any cleaning products containing Ammonia be used. It is not recommende d that anything abrasive be used. Use a microfiber towel and mild soap cleaner when cleaning.

How can I know if a product is possibly counterfeit?

If the price you see listed is suspiciously low, chances are it's a counterfeit product. For a list of authorized retailers, check out our list or contact Consumer Support in the send message section of this page.


Where can I purchase replacement parts?

If you are having problems with your NV Box, please contact us before trying to fix the device.  The NV Box is composed of intricate parts that all need to be functioning properly for proper display.  All warranties are void if NV Box is tampered with and should only be serviced by a Team NV Authorized Dealer. 


Does the NV Package work during the day?

The NV Package is best viewed at night or dusk but the NV Package is always going to properly function when powered on and connected to a quality video source.  However, if you took the highest quality video display into direct sunlight, it is always going to decrease the quality of the video displayed.  Think of your ideal Plasma, LED, or LCD TV and think of what the picture would look like if you tried to watch it sitting in your driveway in the middle of the day.  Their is definitely going to be a decrease in viewing quality.  For optimal quality, we recommend turning on at dusk.

​Do I need any special equipment to get my NV Package working in my vehicle?

The NV Package consists of the NV Box and NV Outcast and comes with power adapter for use in car/truck, Micro SD Card as an additional Video Source, RCA Female adapter to transfer Audio and Video from existing video sources in the vehicle such as DVD or MP3s, Mount, and Instructions for use and installation.  The NV Box and the NV Outcast are to be installed by Authorized Dealers only. 


Can I ship to multiple locations?

Each order is shipped to a single address. To ship to multiple addresses you will need to create separate orders for each location.
