Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in new condition with original packaging and accessories for any reason within 30 days.  You will need to contact Consumer Support to set up a Return Authorization. If your return is verified for processing, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the items you purchased.  We consider new condition to be new in box for the NV Box and new in box for the NV Outcast.​

Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be accepted.

Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all NV products purchased by consumers directly from us. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the entire product, including accessories and packaging, within the 30-day trial period for a full refund.

Returning a product

If you've purchased a product on mynvbox.com you'd like to return:​

 

     Call 1-855-MYNVBOX to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number helps us quickly track the status of your return to better service you.
 

    Pack the product in its original product box or packaging and use a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. If you do not have the original product box or packaging, mention this to the Team NV Support Rep when you call so they can recommend the correct packaging to ensure a full refund.
 

    Please use the shipping label provided by the Team NV Support Rep when calling to arrange your RMA.


    Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.  Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. We recommend you insure your product.

Once we verify the returned items, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.

​Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

We unfortunately can't accept returns of NV Products purchased from other dealers.  Please contact your authorized dealer for instructions on returning your NV Products.
