Limited Warranty

NV Box

Your NV Box is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized Team NV Dealer.  If a defect exists, Team NV at its option will (1) repair the NV Box at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (2) exchange the product with a functional equivalent product that is new or refurbished, or (3) refund the original purchase price.  This does not mean you can tamper or abuse your NV Box and expect warranty service.  We do not cover normal wear and tear, cut chords, bent outputs, scratches, loss or theft.

NV Outcast

The NV Outcast is sold New and should be inspected before installation.  If a defect is not brought to the installers attention within 14 days, there is nothing Team NV can do to resolve the issue other than work with you to purchase a replacement.  The NV Outcast is to be cleaned with a mild soapy solution containing NO AMMONIA.  If this simple step is followed you will have no problems with the NV Outcast Treatment.

This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.  Customization of your product will void your warranty unless your NV Outcast is customized by a certified Team NV Installer.  Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price.  No other person is authorized to modify this limited warranty.  Your seller is responsible for any other warranties.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state and jurisdiction.  These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty.  This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.  To obtain warranty service, contact Team NV using the information provided below.  Proof of purchase is required to verify eligibility.  If you are submitting a warranty claim, it is important that you wait for our response before sending out your NV Box for service.  ​
